What your child practises

Counting, numbers and number sense

Number World isn't a maths scheme. It's gentle extra practice alongside your school's own.

How it works

Every number is an island

  1. Spin the globe and tap a number island. Numbers shows 0 to 10, and 11–20 shows the numbers 11 to 20.
  2. Pick an activity: watch and trace the number, count, fill the ten frame, find one more, colour or do a jigsaw. Play more adds Balloon pop, Tens and ones and Count to 20.
  3. Rexy talks them through it, so children who can't read yet can play too.
For grown-ups
