By using Nestling Quest, you agree to these Terms of Service. These terms apply to the website at nestlingquest.co.uk and the Nestling Quest application. Nestling Quest™ is made and operated by Nestling Studios Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 17093947), with its registered office at 4th Floor, 45 Silverstream House, Fitzroy Street, London, England, W1T 6EB. The Nestling Quest app is not live yet: sections 3 and 4 will apply when it launches.
Nestling Quest provides an educational platform for children aged 3–7, built around EYFS and KS1 learning. When the app launches, it will offer free and paid subscription tiers.
Practice activities. Some free activities, such as Phonics Check Practice, use material the Department for Education has published under the Open Government Licence. We check it carefully against the published papers, but these activities are for practice at home only. They are not the official assessments and may differ from them (for example in pictures, layout and marking), and results in them don't predict how a child will do in an official assessment. If you spot something that doesn't match, please tell us.
Accounts must be created by a parent or guardian aged 18 or over. Children do not create accounts directly. By creating an account, you confirm that you are the parent or legal guardian of any child profile you create.

You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to reverse engineer it, or use it for any unlawful purpose. Accounts found to be in breach may be suspended without notice.
Nestling Quest, Rexy, and all associated characters and content are the intellectual property of Nestling Studios Ltd. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nestling Studios Ltd shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months prior to the claim.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
